The warranty was very important to us. When we realized that we were going to build, and we talked to MarGard, we thought it was a big selling point that they’d been around since 1986. We didn t want to hire a large contractor and be forgotten about. We liked the stability and the warranty. In the long term, we wanted to build a building that ten years from now would still hold its value. |

In having such a large building heating and cooling costs was an major concern. However, in choosing a Behlen building we are saving annually on our heating and cooling bills. The combination of a good design and excellent construction makes this building extremely energy efficient and I think most of the credit for that efficiency goes to MarGard Builders and their Behlen Building line. |

This project did not exceed the budget that was approved for it. In fact, the entire project appears to be well under budget. This fact should allow us to shorten the time required to deal with our new debt. |
